Martin Glick, Group CEO
Martin is an established entrepreneur in the accounting and international tax industry and his focus on developing niche markets led him to specialize in workforce management solutions.
Martin created the concept of focused services for managing independent contractors and has been responsible for developing services and solutions along this vertical in more than 65 countries under the Albany brand. Prior to founding Albany, Martin was a partner in a number of leading UK accounting firms.
Under Martin’s management and guidance, Albany has grown into the worlds leading contingent workforce management company.
Renee Fink, President
Renee began working with the company in June 2000, after the acquisition of SSPS, Inc., the leader in contingent workforce management with their patented TriStep Hiring System. Renee joined SSPS, Inc. in February 1993 as a financial consultant. She was instrumental in securing the financing to grow the company to $25 million in annual revenue. After nearly three years of consulting with the company, Renee joined as their Chief Financial Officer in January 1996.
Before working as a financial consultant for six years, Renee held management positions with Seagate Technology and SyQuest Technology. Renee brings over 25 years of financial and operational leadership with 13 years emphasis on contractor workforce operations to our team.
Renee is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science Degree in E-Business.
Jason Posel, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Jason joined Albany in November 2000 and, after helping establish the groups sales operations in the previously under-penetrated UK domestic market, he was a central figure in our 2002 group restructuring process.
He has several years experience in managing contingent workers and associated tax, immigration and labor law issues for corporate clients, staffing agencies and independent contractors. In August 2003, Jason was responsible for establishing and incorporating Albany Systems Inc., the first subsidiary of Albany in the USA, and is now based in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.
Jason possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Birmingham in the UK, and has studied at the London School of Economics.
Sue Ortiz, Director of Client Services
Sue began her career as Director of Client Services for Brava Services in March, 2001 prior to Brava’s acquisition by the company later that year. Prior to joining Brava, she was the Director of Client Services for the Credit Bureau of America for three years. Her 30 year career with AT&T included management positions in multiple areas as diverse as Training, Budget, Site Support, Customer Service, and Operations. She managed both regional and national teams and was instrumental in Divestiture activities when AT&T divested the local Bell Operating Companies
In her role as Director of Client Services, she brings a strong client/customer satisfaction focus to our organization. Her philosophy is to not only satisfy clients and contract workers, but to insure we always strive to exceed expectations and “delight” our clients and contractors. She and her team want every customer experience with us to be a positive one.
She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has extensive human resources related training from her career with AT&T.
Judy Gnade, Controller
Judy began working with the company. in June 2000, after the acquisition of SSPS, Inc. Judy joined SSPS, Inc. in January 1998 as their Controller. Prior to SSPS, Judy worked as the Controller for eleven years for Carey Development, Inc., a construction contractor specializing in custom homes, apartments, and commercial real estate. Prior to Carey, she worked two years for a non-profit organization and four years for the Marin County District Attorneys office.
Judy attended Moorpark College in Southern California majoring in accounting. She brings over 30 years of accounting and supervisory experience to the team.
